Booking Terms and Conditions

The purchase of your travel booking constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveler(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s) (collectively as “You” and “Traveler“), and Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC (“Live For Today“, “We“, “Us“) pursuant to the following terms and conditions (“Terms“, “Agreement“):

LUGGAGE FEES: Additional fees for luggage may apply, Please review your booking or contract your travel airline for details this is not the responsibility of Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC.

TRAVEL AGENT: Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC is only and acts only as a registered Travel Agency. We do not sell travel certificates of any kind and are registered in the state of Florida. We sell a variety of travel related options along with accommodations including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, campsite bookings, hotels and resort options. Live for Today Travel Adventures, LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Live for Today’s goal is to make secure travel bookings on your behalf upon your request and arrange appropriate contract as requested. This includes but not limited to:

Arrangements between you and the travel provider
We have no responsibility for these services, and we do not have the authority nor attempt to represent any of these providers.
Requests cannot be guaranteed, Waitlist requests are filled upon availability
Waitlist Requests may require a first night deposit fee for any cancelled waitlist after booking is completed upon request. This means if you do not cancel your request and the booking is booked and your reply is to cancel or no longer needed. The request must be cancelled prior to the booking being made.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers.
Live for Today Travel Adventures is not held legally liable for any recourse against your travel provider, you are relinquishing any and all liability to Live For Today Trave.
Conditions can change at any time whether due to weather or circumstances beyond control.
As the traveler It is your responsibility to check the Government Travel advisories for your intended destination at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html/

Pricing Conditions and Information: All Prices are subject to increase or Decrease prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, the exception would be travel provider fees added or reduced beyond the control of Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC. By signing below, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions and also indicate any fees, cancellation fees or additional government taxes will be your responsibility as the traveler as applicable to your purchase of travel.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations are based on the policy of the travel provider and destination. The cancellation policies are indicated on each reservation as indicated by the provider or on their website. It is up to you as the traveler to understand these cancellation policies. Travel within 7 days of departure are subject to non-refundable payment unless indicated by travel company. Most Deposits unless otherwise indicated are 100% non-refundable as this is used to secure your reservation for payment.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: You will be required to pay a minimum deposit based on travel provider / destination policy. The service provider may require further deposits. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no less than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC follows the travel provider / destinations deposit and final payment schedule. Payments must be made by card, your credit card will automatically be charged final payment as indicated with the travel provider’s due date.As the traveler if you want to use a different card you will need to contact the agency prior to final payment date and update your request form.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: This Agreement indicates the terms and conditions that if as the requester you decide to seek dispute on the charge indicated on your card, you agree to be held liable and indemnify Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC against any dispute. If Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC incurs any costs including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC immediately.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC does not provide Travel Protection. As an agency we recommend you acquire travel protection for the trip you are purchasing however we not liable for submission, payment, adjustment or insurance claims with or without travel protection. Live For Today Travel Adventures is not an insurance company or sell travel insurance and has no responsibility related to.

ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional taxes, resort fees or taxes that cannot be pre-paid or collected may be charged locally by suppliers. Please be prepared with a credit card for these fees upon check in as they may be required.

SATISFACTION AND LIABILITY: It is the goal of Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC to furnish satisfactory services and experiences. Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC is not liable for any neglect, willful act or failure of any company to act upon itself or third party. We also are not liable for satisfaction guarantee. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also be advised that certain foreign facilities or amenities, such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels, and motor coaches may not be up to U.S. standards. If due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers, and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk.

PASSPORTS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: It is not the responsibility of Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC to be responsible for Passport Furnishment, Status or client Travel Documents or Requirements. You as the traveler are responsible to hold applicable travel passports, medical documentation, travel documentation or boarding passes. You are also responsible for your timely check in and pre-travel requirements for testing related to communicable COVID-19 or any other disease / illness. Any Errors on documentation, names, travel, etc… is your responsibility to communicate any necessary changes to boarding documents to Live for Today Travel adventures within 3 days of travel. It is recommended you’re your passport be valid no less than 120 days beyond your travel date to ensure flexibility of travel in any emergency scenario. It is also your responsibility to ensure as the traveler you have applicable travel documentation for any country you are visiting / departing from for travel. **Confirm your airline travel dates / times at minimum 3 days prior to departure**

HEALTH AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: As the traveler it is your responsibility as the traveler to follow and inquire on any health advisory’s, requirements or restrictions related to your individual needs and destinations. You will also be responsible to carry necessary medical documentation for your travel. Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC is not responsible for any health related concerns, risks, exposures or conditions related to health status, COVID 19 or conditions. to ensure you are aware of any health requirements, health advisories, or health travel restrictions applicable to your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC is not responsible to provide you this information. REFUSAL OF SERVICE: Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC is not responsible or liable for any provider refusal of service. Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at their sole discretion, including, without limitation, if the traveler: (i) Lacks proper documentation for the country of destination. This may include someone who presents with a contagious disease; with reasonable suspicion that he or she maybe under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or narcotics, presents with disruptive or unruley behavior as determined by the travel provider. Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC is not liable for any refusal of services.

ELECTRONIC OR HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE: Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and agree to these Terms: signature may be (a)Digital / Electronic; (b) by handwritten signature; (c) or can be provided by email delivery of these Terms; or (d) implied consent deemed by action. This shall include without limitation: the payment of invoice and/or your use of the services provided by Live For Today Travel Adventures, LLC verbal, written or texted consent for any other travel supplier related to your booking. All such means will be deemed to constitute effective acknowledgement and execution of this Agreement and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES: The composition, validity, and performance of these Terms and any disputes between the parties shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles, and any federal laws applicable therein. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida with respect to any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.
